Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SpaceARHQ (the "Service"), provided at spacearhq.com and app.spacearhq.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you represent.

1. The Service

SpaceARHQ automates accounts-receivable workflows for businesses using Xero: email triage, payment reminders, reporting, and cash-flow forecasting. You retain full ownership of your data; we operate on it solely to provide the Service.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must have the authority to connect the Xero organisation and mailbox you connect.
• You are responsible for the content of communications sent through your connected mailbox, including AI-drafted messages you approve or allow to send automatically.
• You must not use the Service for unlawful debt-collection practices, spam, or harassment.
• Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. AI features

AI classifications, drafts, and forecasts are assistive outputs and may contain errors. You can enable human-approval mode to review every AI response before it is sent. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI outputs; review material communications before acting on them.

4. Fees

The Service is billed per Xero organisation at the price stated on our pricing page, in advance, monthly. Trials are free for the stated period and require no card. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are exclusive of VAT.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees unless separately agreed in writing. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or to protect its integrity.

6. Data

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. On termination you may export your data in-app; we delete tenant data after termination in line with that policy.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data caused by third-party services (Xero, Microsoft, etc.).

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time in-app or by email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
